The birth and fast-paced development of the Property Management Service Division of Omniworx, Inc. is attribute to the vibrant and successful performance of the company’s line of services now being offered. This company expansion was developed to infuse new blood in the system, adopting the internationally known approach to management service as enhanced in the program of International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001:2003) which we acquired certification under CIP 3273/03/08/339 last August 13, 2003 being the country’s first Certified to ISO in Janitorial, Manpower & Property Management Services in one citation. Our ISO Certification was further recertified to ISO 9001:2008 last August of 2015. As a member of PALSCON (Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors, Inc.) was considered another milestone in the history of Omniworx.
